If you wish to continue seeing Dr. Obhrai as your pediatrician at our Shawnee Clinic, please call (405) 878-5850 to schedule an appointment.
If you do not wish to continue pediatric services with Dr. Obhrai after her relocation, please call (405) 447-0300 to schedule a Transfer of Care appointment with one of our other Little Axe Health Center Pediatricians.

Effective January 1st, 2024, Shawnee Same Day Clinic will be appointment only!
Established patients must schedule appointments to receive care at the Shawnee Same Day Clinic.
• Same-day appointments are available from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday- Friday
• Shawnee Clinic Open: 7:30 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday
• PlusCare Clinic Open: 8 AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM Saturday & Sunday
If you or someone you know uses prescription opioids, please contact our Tribal Opioid Response program (405) 561-7836 to receive a free box of Narcan to keep on hand in case of accidental opioid overdose (while supplies last)!
NOTICE:
Effective August 28th, 2023, individual patient signatures are REQUIRED for all on-site medication pickups.
Medication will NOT be dispensed until a legible written signature is obtained upon picking up a prescription.
